We collect information only when you choose to send it. That happens when you submit a quote request, send a message through our contact form, or apply for a job. Depending on the form, this can include your name, company, email address, phone number, the equipment and rental dates you are asking about, and whatever you write in the message field.

We ask for this information so we can answer you. We do not sell it, rent it, or trade it to anyone.

Like most websites, our web server records basic technical details when you visit — the pages you request, the time of the request, your browser and device type, and a general location derived from your network address. We use this to keep the site working and to understand which pages people find useful.

This site uses cookies and similar browser storage for practical purposes: remembering which of our two locations you have selected, and keeping the items in your quote cart from one page to the next. Your browser settings can block these, though the store picker and quote cart will stop remembering your choices if you do.

A few parts of this site are provided by outside companies, and using those features means your browser talks to them directly:

• Google Maps displays our store locations and powers the ZIP-code store lookup on the Locations page.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person rather than an automated script.
• Point of Rental is the rental software that holds our equipment catalog and availability, and that receives your quote request.

Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

When you submit a form, it is delivered to our staff as an email. We do not store form submissions in a database on this website — the email itself is the only copy, and it stays in our email account for as long as we keep ordinary business correspondence.

If you would like us to delete a message you sent, contact us and we will remove it where we are not required to keep it.

This site is meant for business and equipment-rental customers. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this policy as the site changes. The revision date at the top of this page tells you when it was last changed.
