You are welcome to browse our catalog, request quotes, and contact us. In return, we ask that you not misuse the site — no attempting to break into it, scraping it with automated tools, interfering with other people's use of it, or using it to send anything unlawful.

Our catalog is drawn from our rental management system and changes throughout the day. Specifications, photographs, availability, and rates shown here are for general reference and can be out of date or contain errors.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Availability is confirmed only when we confirm it with you directly, and pricing is set by the signed rental agreement — not by a figure shown on a web page.

Submitting a quote request starts a conversation; it does not reserve equipment and is not a completed rental. We will follow up to confirm what is actually available for your dates and what it will cost. Equipment is reserved only once we tell you it is.

When you rent from us, a separate written rental agreement covers the terms that matter — responsibility for the equipment, damage, insurance, operator requirements, return condition, and charges. That signed agreement governs the rental. If anything on this website appears to conflict with it, the signed agreement wins.

Construction and industrial equipment is dangerous when used improperly. Operate it only if you are trained and qualified to do so, follow the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable safety regulations, and ask us if you are unsure about a machine. Guidance on this website is general information, not training and not a substitute for the operator's manual.

The text, photographs, logos, and design of this site belong to Slaymaker Rentals & Supply Co. or to the manufacturers whose equipment we carry. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking us first.

Some pages link to outside services — our customer portal, our job board, and equipment manufacturers, among others. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their practices.

We work to keep this site accurate and online, but we provide it as-is. We cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or current, and we are not liable for losses arising from relying on information here rather than confirming it with us.

We may revise these terms as the site changes. The revision date at the top of this page tells you when they were last updated.
