3 POINT TRACTOR BUSH HOG RENTAL Rotary Cutters are ideal for light-duty maintenance around the farm, on gently slopes, or slightly contoured right-of-ways. A fully welded deck adds additional strength while the floating 3-point permits the deck to hug the terrain for a quality cut. The cutters have a category I three-point hitch and are Quick Hitch adaptable. They are offered with a standard ASAE Category 3 driveline with either shear bolt or slip-clutch protection and either a laminated or solid rubber tail wheel. While it is not ideal, a 25 hp tractor will run it but will not handle it safely and be able to work well. The 20-30 hp tractors will struggle to handle the bushog in two ways, power, and size. Slaymaker Rentals recommends a minimum of 35 hp up to 60 hp tractor to quickly & safely perform the work desired with this attachment.
